Terms of Service

COMPANY: SnapKitty Collective
CONTACT: devops@collectivekitty.com
EFFECTIVE DATE: May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SnapKitty OS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SnapKitty OS is an AI-native enterprise operating system built for sovereign financial operations. The Service provides:

  • CRM pipeline management with cryptographic deal sealing.
  • General ledger reconciliation with real-time Bifrost event processing.
  • Procurement workflow automation including requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Bank account connectivity via Plaid Link for transaction import and analysis.
  • WORM-protected immutable audit trails using Azure Blob Storage.
  • AI-driven intelligence hub powered by local LLM inference (Ollama / deepseek-coder).
  • ML-based risk scoring on financial transactions via the Bifrost pipeline.

3. Plaid Data Usage

⚠ By connecting a bank account via Plaid, you explicitly authorise SnapKitty Collective to retrieve your transaction history, account balances, and institution metadata for the purposes described below.
  • Plaid data is used solely to populate the Finance OS ledger and generate cryptographic seals for your records.
  • We do not sell, share, or use Plaid transaction data for advertising purposes.
  • Plaid access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the client after the initial exchange.
  • You may revoke Plaid access at any time by disconnecting your account through the Finance OS interface or directly via your bank's connected apps settings.
  • Transaction data imported via Plaid is subject to Plaid's own Terms of Service available at plaid.com/legal.

4. WORM Ledger — Immutability Disclaimer

⚠ IMPORTANT: Records written to the WORM (Write Once Read Many) ledger are permanently immutable. They cannot be modified, deleted, or retracted by you or by SnapKitty Collective once committed.

The WORM ledger is implemented on Microsoft Azure Immutable Blob Storage with a 7-year (2,555-day) retention policy. Each entry is cryptographically sealed with SHA-256 and incorporated into a Merkle tree root. This immutability is a core compliance guarantee of the platform, not a limitation.

You are responsible for ensuring that data you commit to the WORM ledger is accurate. SnapKitty Collective cannot honour deletion requests for WORM-committed entries under any circumstances, including GDPR right-to-erasure requests, due to the technical and legal constraints of immutable storage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process fraudulent transactions or misrepresent financial data.
  • Attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or bypass the cryptographic sealing mechanisms.
  • Connect bank accounts you do not own or for which you lack authorisation.
  • Use the AI intelligence hub to generate content that violates applicable laws.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

6. Open Source — MIT License

The core SnapKitty OS codebase is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the following condition: the above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapKitty Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapKitty Collective is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to litigation.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
